Sequential One/SQ-1
Biography
Sequential One are the exotic Morpha who does vocals, Spacekid, the Dutch Woody van Eyden and the creative brain André Tanneberger who also does the raps.
The first album was re-released in May 1995 and was preceded and followed by a number of singles. Sequential One has existed since 1993 but their first big hit was "My Love Is Hot", a great progressive dance track from 1997. This track was followed by the great tracks "I Wanna Make U" and "Dreams".
In 1998 Sequential One released "Imagination", a great but not very successful song. After that the album
"Energy" was released. Finally! It was planned earlier, but André Tanneberger was too busy with other projects,
like ATB (yes, that's André Tanneberger too) with the song "9 PM (Till I come)", which was a huge success.
Also Woody van Eyden was busy with his DJ-work and his singles "Fiestas in Mallorca" and "Time Now".
With the release of the album a new single was released: "Inspiration Vibes", without the lovely vocals from Morpha,
but with the typical Sequential One sound.
The last single from Sequential One was "Angels", which is a great trance track and was released in 1999.
Around 1999 Sequential One had not so much success, euro-dance-times had gone by, but André Tanneberger believed in his project and changed the name into SQ1. The released singles under the new name are: "Can You Feel...", "Music so wonderful", "One, Two, Three" and "Dance!".
André also does remixes for other famous dance acts, like M.R. ("Listen To Your Heart"), Miss Jane ("It's A Fine Day") and Future Breeze ("Why Don't You Dance With Me") to name a few. He should also have a project called Love And Fate, but his most successful project today is ATB.
SQ1 released the single "Balare" on April 29th, 2002.
